These terms explain how our work together will go from quote to support.
We will send you a written quote for your project. Once you confirm and pay the agreed deposit, this creates a binding agreement between you and us.
We aim to deliver most websites within 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and how fast you provide content, feedback, and approvals. If delays happen on your side (for example, late content or approvals), we may adjust the delivery date.
To complete your project on time, you agree to:
If delays from your side extend beyond 30 days without notice, we may pause or cancel the project.
Once you pay in full, you own the final website design, code, images, and text (excluding third-party software or licensed tools). We keep the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We help you choose and set up a domain and hosting. We do not host sites ourselves. You remain the legal owner of your domain name and hosting account.
Once your website is live, you receive 7 days of free bug fix support. Regular maintenance, updates, and backups are optional services available on request.
Consumers can cancel under the Cancellation Act. If we can’t deliver, you get a full refund per Norwegian consumer law.
