Our Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how our work together will go from quote to support.

1. Our Agreement

We will send you a written quote for your project. Once you confirm and pay the agreed deposit, this creates a binding agreement between you and us.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to start your project
  • The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live
  • We will bill additional services separately if you request them after the project starts
  • All prices exclude VAT unless stated

3. Timeline

We aim to deliver most websites within 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and how fast you provide content, feedback, and approvals. If delays happen on your side (for example, late content or approvals), we may adjust the delivery date.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project on time, you agree to:

  • Provide all text, images, and files we need
  • Give timely feedback
  • Respond to emails and questions within agreed timeframes.

If delays from your side extend beyond 30 days without notice, we may pause or cancel the project.

5. Your Ownership

Once you pay in full, you own the final website design, code, images, and text (excluding third-party software or licensed tools). We keep the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Domain and Hosting

We help you choose and set up a domain and hosting. We do not host sites ourselves. You remain the legal owner of your domain name and hosting account.

7. Support and Maintenance

Once your website is live, you receive 7 days of free bug fix support. Regular maintenance, updates, and backups are optional services available on request.

8.Cancellation and Consumer Rights

Consumers can cancel under the Cancellation Act. If we can’t deliver, you get a full refund per Norwegian consumer law.

9.Liability

We do our best to deliver quality work, but we are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental losses (like loss of profits)
  • Third-party hosting problems
  • Client errors after handover

10. Data Protection and Confidentiality

We process personal data following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norway’s Personal Data Act. We treat all project details, business information and personal data as confidential.

11. Backups

We recommend regular backups of your website. If you don’t have a maintenance plan with us, it is your responsibility to back up your website files and data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. We will post updated terms on this page and share major changes with active clients.
